Can I buy from you online?
We are a small, independent brick-and-mortar retail store and currently do not have an online store. Our website is currently set up to help people locate us and have a glimpse at the products that we offer.
Do you ship?
Yes! We can ship your order to virtually any address within the United States. Please call the store with any questions. Post Office Box addresses are shipped via priority post at a minimum of $6.00. Final shipping charges are based on value and weight. Delivery time is within three (3) business days from date of mailing.
Standard ground UPS service is used for all other addresses at a minimum of $10.00. Final shipping charges are based on weight, value and your zip code.
What is your return/refund policy?
Unused merchandise or merchandise received damaged may be returned within 30 days of receipt. A phone authorization number is required and must accompany the return.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and it is highly recommended that returned parcels are insured with either UPS or USPS.
Credit is given upon receipt of the returned product for the purchase price of the product only and is given according to the original method of payment. There may be up to a 7% restocking fee on specific items that are not standard stock for us and has been specifically ordered for you.
In most cases, if a product is defective after 30 days, the manufacturer prefers to service the customer directly.
Do you engrave?
Our engraving service is not currently not available.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes! Free gift wrapping is available on any of our products. We use a plain paper with a seasonably appropriate bow. Small gift cards are available for your personal message.

Casco Bay Cutlery & Kitchenware collects names and addresses for the sole purpose of updating and servicing our customers. We do not sell our customers names and information to anyone. We do not knowingly solicit nor receive information from children under the age of 18.
It is our store policy to not sell to anyone under the age of 18. Since credit cards are held by those 18 and older, we accept orders believing our customers are 18 years old or older.
Our policy does not govern websites of other parties to which we may provide links.
