Kyocera Ceramic Knives

The Kyocera knife - the Revolution series features deeper blades for greater knuckle clearance.

Shun Classic

The Shun Classic series features the look and benefits of Damascus steel, yet without its problems with rust. The Damascus-look blade reduces sticking, resulting in less damage to the food being cut. The "D" shaped handle design rests precisely in the curve of the fingers as they curl around the blade. We stock the right handed series.

Victorinox Cutlery

Victorinox cutlery from the makers of the original Swiss Army Knife. An affordable, high quality product for the professional and household use. Available in rosewood or black fibrox handles.

The Victorinox parer is available in straight or serrated edges. Two lengths available, 3.25" or 4". New color-my-kitchen colors are pink, yellow, orange or green with ergonomic handles.

White or blue handles are available on a few select models.
