 The Kyocera knife - now with newly reduced pricing, the Revolution series features deeper blades for greater knuckle clearance. These ceramic knives are the perfect prep tools for everyday slicing of vegetables, fruits and boneless meats. Comfortable, ergonomic resin handles provide precise cutting control.
Ceramic knives are extremely lightweight and ergomically balanced. The non-stick surface makes for effortless cleanup - will not tarnish, rust or stain. Also will not brown fruits or vegetables. 
TACHI Ceramic Knives are constructed of 100% ultra hard zirconium. The extremely sharp edges
will maintain their sharpness many times longer than metal knives. Ceramic knives are very lightweight,
won't transfer odors or rust. Tachi ceramic blades are available in white or black, both with a very
comfortable, ergonomic molded handle.
The Shun Classic series features the look and benefits of Damascus steel, yet without its problems with rust. The Damascus-look blade reduces sticking,
resulting in less damage to the food being cut. The "D" shaped handle design rests precisely in the curve of the fingers as they curl around the blade.
