TACHI Ceramic Knives are constructed of 100% ultra hard zirconium. The extremely sharp edges
will maintain their sharpness many times longer than metal knives. Ceramic knives are very lightweight,
won't transfer odors or rust. Tachi ceramic blades are available in white or black, both with a very
comfortable, ergonomic molded handle.
The Shun Classic series features the look and benefits of Damascus steel, yet without its problems with rust. The Damascus-look blade reduces sticking,
resulting in less damage to the food being cut. The "D" shaped handle design rests precisely in the curve of the fingers as they curl around the blade.

The Evolution of Henckels Knives 
The Henckels knife had its start over 260 years
ago in the famous Zwillingswerk at Solingen, Germany.
This knife evolved through the generations of
artisans who developed its remarkable steel and
the techniques of forging, SCT, ice tempering,
grinding, buffing, and honing it.
GLOBAL
utilizes modern design concepts to produce a light
weight and comfortable, yet durable, kitchen knife.
The blades utilize Molybdenum/vanadium stainless
steel. This steel had good edge retention qualities,
yet is not hard to sharpen. Seamless construction
